Survivors of Suicide
Six-Week Bereavement Support Group

This six-week bereavement group is designed for those who are at least three months beyond the suicide, and who desire more support in a closed group setting.

Losing a loved one to suicide involves a unique and complicated grief. The Survivors of Suicide Bereavement Support Group provides a safe environment where others engaged in the same experience can speak freely. To assist in the healing process, this six week closed group provides a structured, supportive journey through complicated grief.

Group is held for six consecutive Thursdays, 6:30–9:00pm.

Winter 2012      January 5, 2012  to  February 9, 2012
Spring 2012       April 5, 2012  to  May 10, 2012
Summer 2012   July 7, 2012  to  August 16, 2012
Fall 2012             September 20, 2012  to  October 25, 2012

Cost: $250. A payment plan may be arranged and insurance may cover the cost. Limited scholarships may be available.

Group size: 6 to 10 participants
